Q.What is the "45-Point Quality Inspection"?
It is a comprehensive checklist conducted on every MacBook. It covers logic board circuitry checks, RAM diagnostics, SSD smart wear cycles, screen backlight uniformity, camera and port audits, keyboard matrices, trackpad clicks, and full battery discharge audits.
Q.Do you inspect battery condition?
Yes, we verify both battery cycle counts and overall health. We only sell devices with a battery health of 80% or higher. If a battery is weak, we replace it with an OEM-grade cell before listing.
Q.Are these MacBooks repaired or refurbished?
We categorize our stock transparently. Most of our devices are premium pre-owned (original laptops with zero components replaced). If a device has undergone a screen or battery replacement, our listing tags detail this explicitly.
Warranty & Inspection Transparency
Q.Do you provide a store warranty on pre-owned MacBooks?
Retron does not provide store warranties. All devices are certified pre-owned units, thoroughly verified through our 45-point hardware diagnostic inspection and sold as-is. Official Apple manufacturer warranty or active AppleCare+ applies if verified active on Apple coverage records.
Q.How can I check official Apple warranty status?
Every MacBook includes the verified Apple serial number on its listing report, allowing you to check official manufacturer warranty and AppleCare+ validity directly on Apple’s coverage check portal.
Q.How does shipping and store pickup work?
In-person store pickup at our retail store in V3S Mall, Nirman Vihar is completely free. For home delivery, an insured express delivery charge applies at checkout to ensure secure doorstep dispatch with complete transit insurance.
Exchanges, EMIs, and Payments
Q.How does the laptop exchange process work?
Bring your old laptop (any brand, Windows or Apple) to our V3S Mall store. We will run quick diagnostic tests and assess its physical state. We will offer a fair exchange value which is instantly deducted from your new MacBook bill.
Q.Do you offer cardless EMIs or finance schemes?
Yes! We partner with Bajaj Finserv and other finance firms to provide cardless EMIs. You can also avail of no-cost or low-cost EMIs on leading bank credit cards directly at our store.
