Q.What is the "50-Point Quality Inspection"?
It is a comprehensive checklist conducted on every MacBook. It covers logic board circuitry checks, RAM diagnostics, SSD smart wear cycles, screen backlight uniformity, camera and port audits, keyboard matrices, trackpad clicks, and full battery discharge audits.
Q.Do you inspect battery condition?
Yes, we verify both battery cycle counts and overall health. We only sell devices with a battery health of 80% or higher. If a battery is weak, we replace it with an OEM-grade cell before listing.
Q.Are these MacBooks repaired or refurbished?
We categorize our stock transparently. Most of our devices are premium pre-owned (original laptops with zero components replaced). If a device has undergone a screen or battery replacement, our listing tags detail this explicitly.
Store Warranty & Service
Q.What does the standard 90-day warranty cover?
Our store warranty covers all hardware issues, such as logic board failures, display malfunctions, port issues, and keyboard failures. It does not cover accidental damages like liquid spills, physical drops, or software conflicts.
Q.Can I extend my MacBook warranty?
Yes, you can upgrade your warranty coverage. We offer extended warranty packages for 6 months or 12 months for a nominal fee at the time of purchase.
Exchanges, EMIs, and Payments
Q.How does the laptop exchange process work?
Bring your old laptop (any brand, Windows or Apple) to our V3S Mall store. We will run quick diagnostic tests and assess its physical state. We will offer a fair exchange value which is instantly deducted from your new MacBook bill.
Q.Do you offer cardless EMIs or finance schemes?
Yes! We partner with Bajaj Finserv and other finance firms to provide cardless EMIs. You can also avail of no-cost or low-cost EMIs on leading bank credit cards directly at our store.
